Benelux Chamber, in cooperation with Moore, have the pleasure to invite you to our 2020 Sino Benelux Business Survey Launch on September 8th at Consulate General of the Netherlands in Guangzhou.

Benelux businesses in China face unprecedented challenges in wake of the outbreak of COVID-19.

The past year a decelerating economy in combination with the ongoing China-US Trade War, national reforms including the Corporate Social Credit System and implementation of the New Foreign Investment Law as well as geopolitical tensions among which the unrest in Hong Kong have altered the playing field for foreign companies in China.

The 2020 Sino Benelux Business Survey is set out against this backdrop and provides extensive data on the period prior to the outbreak in an aim to identify underlying challenges and opportunities, while also painting a picture on the outlook and expectations for 2020 considering COVID-19 and other challenges.

First, Brian Blömer, Senior Associate and Head of Corporate Services at Moore (MS Advisory), will present the audience the results for this year's Sino-Benelux Business Survey. This year's survey has gauged how Benelux companies have performed in the past year, how different policies have impacted them, and how they look at the future.
