Refund Policy

We will refund your (paid) ticket in the following cases:
- If the Benelux Chamber of Commerce cancels the event;
- If you cancel your attendance more than 48 hours before the start of the event.

We will partially refund your ticket in this case:
- If you cancel less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours, we will refund you 50%;

There will be no refunds for cancellations in the last 24 hours before the event's start time.

Refunds will be given by bank transfer only.
