Maarten Boer is a highly experienced and versatile product designer by heart.
He believes thoroughly that the academic processes as he mastered at Delft University of Technology, gave him an in-depth insight into the interaction between users and objects, the importance of innovation, and how CMF trends are relevant for outstanding design.
Maarten has applied this human-centered design approach to the development of new brands, ensuring consistency not just in the strategy only, but all the way through the brand identity, innovation road map, product offering, retail design, customer experience, and digital media content.
He worked for over 8 years in China as a designer and since 2017 he runs his own design studio; TripleRooster.
At the end of 2019, he opened a home coffee shop to activate his own brand. And brings a bit of what he calls "the Dutch Vibe" into GZ.
He recently moved location where TR was able to extend with a small gallery that focuses on talented international and local artists.
He is using his expertise in educating and tutoring art and design Chinese students, from senior high school to pre-master students.
Most recently he founded a new education program under the name of Creative Commune, focusing on different elements of art, design and branding. They partnered with CEBA for create a stronger foundation in both China and Europe.

As the founder and CEO of Orange Branding, Mr. Jorg van den Hoven has over 20 years of experience in business, innovation strategy, brand positioning and brand development.
He is national of The Netherlands, holds degrees in Industrial Design Engineering (BSc) and innovation management (MSc) from the Delft University of Technology. Additionally, he attended the best art academy in the Netherlands “Gerrit Rietveld Academy of Art”, and studied MBA from the Lingnan/MIT program at the Sun Yat Sen University in Guangzhou.
In 1998, Mr. Jorg van den Hoven established his first design team in Amsterdam which was the basis for his current companies Orange Branding and Orange Branding Investment in China, The Netherlands & Hong Kong. In 2005 he relocated his office to China, Wuxi and Shanghai, where he set-up a 1,000 people factory in electronic gadgets and items. Since 2007 he works permanently from Guangzhou.
