Valeria currently works as Assistant Manager at Dezan Shira & Associates, leading the team of South China International Business Advisory providing support to foreign investors aiming at Asia and assistance about legal and management issues affecting foreign Invested Enterprises in China.
Valeria is an Italian lawyer, having obtained a master degree cum laude in Law at the University of Milan in 2011 and was admitted to the Milan Bar in October 2014.
Juan Manuel joined Dezan Shira &; Associates in February 2018 as a member of the International Business Advisory team at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Guangzhou Office, working on projects in South China and Hong Kong. His main responsibilities involve client advisory services, business development and partner maintenance. Juan’s expertise includes corporate establishment and investment strategy in China.
Juan holds a Master's Degree in International Law from the Beijing Institute of Technology in China and a Bachelor's in International Relations from the University of Colima in Mexico.
