On January the 22nd, we will discuss about the ability to change quickly under pressure or facing a new environment as key factor for anyone to succeed (or fail) allowing any business to evolve. We will test this assumption as it being true in everyday life as in the work environment.
We will discuss about the main factor any change is entangled to: The fear of change. It is this very fear that, ultimately, makes us humans.

About the Speaker
Alessandro Fiorito is the General Manager of Autoneum Nittoku (Guangzhou), a Tier 1 supplier to the Automotive Industry.
Alessandro is an Italian national who, in the late 90', took a job posting abroad for what he thought was a two-year experience. More than two decades later, Alessandro still has not yet returned to Italy, has held several roles within the company, and has lived in three continents.
As a long term traveler, Alessandro developed a keen interest in, and respect for, cultural differences.
