Brian Blömer is Senior Associate and Head of Corporate Services at Moore (MS Advisory) in Shanghai. His primary focus is corporate establishment, corporate restructuring and liquidation of foreign-invested entities in China. In addition, within Moore he specializes on accounting-, tax- and financial advisory with a focus on international tax and cross-border transactions.

Brian has been working and living in China since 2015. He has a Master in International Business & Management from the University of Groningen as well as a Master in Economics (specialization Chinese Economy) from Fudan University.

In addition to his professional commitments, Brian is leading the Dutch & Belgian Young Professionals organization in China with whom he strives to elevate the professional and social connections of young professionals in China.

Peter Helis, founder of the consulting company Helis & Associates, has gained 17 years of professional experience in China. Born and raised in Germany, he graduated in Chinese studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London before he first settled in Hong Kong. There, Peter Helis was the Sales Director for several multinational corporations.
After working as General Manager of the German Industry & Commerce in Guangzhou (part of AHK), he established the consulting firm Helis & Associates, which helps to foster the European and Chinese business and government exchange. The Bavarian State Government, the city of Hamburg, but also the Department of Commerce in Guangdong count to its customers. From 2017 to 2019 he served as the Vice Chair of the European Chamber in South China. Since April 2019 he is also the Chief Consultant of the Guangzhou Huangpu District, one of the top three business districts in China.
Speaking Mandarin and Cantonese fluently, Peter Helis is a recognized communicator between the two cultures. He is well connected with both the business community and the local governments.
